Android #17 is half human and machine, so yes a cyborg. (The series called him an android and an old guy built him. Question them!) He runs with unlimited supply of artificial energy which makes it impossible to sense any energy in him at all. Because of his unlimited supply, he doesn't get tired or exhausted from fights, unless your person could over power him. If they were equally matched, that person is doomed. Seventeen fights brawl, punches and kicks. He has flight and enhanced strength ability which would make humans look like puppies to kick. One important thing, he has a bomb in his chest which he could use to detonate if he wanted to. Good thing is, he doesn't like to use it.

[As the video begins to play, Seventeen is looking down at the journal with arms crossing while tapping his finger on the side. For someone who's been gone for a week, he's not entirely upset.]

Okay, to anyone who was kidnapped by the Malnosso in the past, were there any cases with experiments being permanent and not temporary?

[Seventeen has arrived a couple days ago. The wings agonized him the first two days. During the remaining days, he has learned some critical information about the world of Luceti and read some network posts on his downtime. Anyone can catch this black hair cyborg around the Heart apartments, coming and going as he pleased. If the hair didn't caught your attention, probably the orange bandanna will.

Anyone can catch this cyborg in other places as well like the shopping district just waiting for someone to fishing shopping. You think she had enough. Have you seen this girl's closets? The Battle Dome either observing other fighters or warming up. Finally, the hot spring, just because.

Seventeen doesn't visit the Battle Dome regularly. If anything, something to kill his boredom time. If anyone caught his attention, he doesn't mind the idea of a challenging game. He isn't looking for easy wins. If no one, he'd be occupying a room. Each round the numbers of computer-generated minions would rise little by little just for the thrill of his own challenge.

In all, despite the idea of someone or something controlling him again, the place isn't too bad. Free stuff and home, can't beat that. But there is something missing, oh yes something very important....]
