Just no holster, he ditched that thing. Medium black hair and blue eyes. Black shirt and jeans.

Belongings: His clothes...
Skills and Powers: Android 17 is actually a cyborg, half human and machine. After modifications, he got stronger and faster. His body can produce unlimited artificial-ki. Artificial-ki is ki but different from natural ki humans and aliens build and harness on their own. Artificial-ki is purely man-made energy, think energizer bunny. It's like an unlimited battery pack for him, and it explains why it's difficult to detect it since this ki isn't natural. Natural ki's are detectable from trained warriors. He can manipulate this ki to his advantage such as beams, energy shield, and flight like natural ki. He's able to beat anyone lower than a Super Saiyan 1. Finally he barely ages, almost immortality.

17's strength and speed will be reduced enough to avoid damaging the Library and his ki hard to access. So no beams and flight. His stamina is pretty high thanks to unlimited artificial ki access. For his defense at least, he can muster up an energy shield to withstand incoming blows. As half machine, he can have access to any data he has, which isn't much. Mostly Earth fighters and certain aliens data. He barely uses it. For fighting, there really isn't any martial arts, mostly a mix with brawl.

17 can be childish despite his age appearance. To pass the time, he would treat almost anyone and anything like it’s a game. 17 doesn't like to complete tasks easily, he preferred the challenge along the way, a thrill seeker. On one mission he was assigned to go after Goku and kill him. To prolong the mission, he suggested to take the car and made it to a road trip instead of flying, which would be a simple task. For him, the longer the game was, the better. He would pout if someone tried to make it simple for him. The only thing that would kill him was boredom.

One of the strongest traits 17 has is his sense of self. He would refuse to take orders from his creator and decided on the choices for himself. The thought of someone ordering him around would had taken away his freedom and choice. He hated it. He would also put his pride on the line even if it meant he would die. When a fight wasn’t going in his favor, he would stubbornly continue with no help. He is also respectful enough to step aside when it wasn’t his fight. He did this when his twin sister, 18, was in a match. Another spice to add into the fun, he didn't interfere until the other side did to aid 18's opponent. 17 also complimented on Piccolo on his sudden increase of strength, in a satisfied way. Even though his pride was on the line, bluffs do not affect him. When Piccolo tried to taunt him during their battle, 17 kept his head cool, and focused on what was really going on in the fight. Being a superior android, he hated to lose. Even when it’s obvious 17 will fall, he would continue to fight. not even running away is an option for him.

Even though 17 is part machine, his human emotions remain. During their travel to find Goku, 17 did not take any other lives besides Dr. Gero's. Anyone that crossed their path, 17 only slowed them down so they wouldn't interfere. Even when facing the fighters, he told them he'd rather not take their lives since they were meaningless to him. He also helped activate Android 16, despite Dr. Gero’s warning. For someone who was to remain dormant for a long time, 17 shared the freedom as well. 17 was also pretty good at looking out for other androids, especially his sister.

When 17 encountered Cell, his world flipped. The thought of being ‘part’ with Cell sickened him. 17 was ready to fight with everything he had at that time. He even set aside his difference with Piccolo to take care of the matter. Remember, 17 has taken only one life of a human and it was Dr. Gero only. 17 even worried about Piccolo when Piccolo was badly beaten by Cell. Goes to show not all half machines are heartless bastards. Even 16 thanked 17 and 18 for not killing any humans during their road trip.

Cell was about to be 17’s tough opponent, and his last. 17 learned how much a struggle a fight can be, especially with his life on the line. Even if it was Dr. Gero’s will, 17 refused to be a part of Cell. Being a part of him resulted 17 to be dead.

[Arrival: video]

[17 is on the device rubbing the back of his head and looks agitated while mumbling. His landing was rough. He let's out a sigh before he speaks.]

Least it's better than inside of a cockroach. [He grunts.] Hey, is this thing on? How about someone informing me where the hell am I? And maybe the--[He pauses as he moves his arm around. Oh hell no! He closes his free hand and makes a fist.]

--What the hell? Someone get over here and fix this! [He throws his fist and gives angry glare. Someone discovered his powers aren't working correctly.] Or I'll toss the next guy to the other side of the wall.

... I'm waiting.

Third Person/Prose:
Finally, the library done something right. 17 entered the conference room to see the market place was available. Maybe he could find something that wasn't a book. The android stared at the new world for a moment before he entered beamed with curiosity of a child. His hands tucked in his pockets as he ventured. Perhaps he could find a vehicle around here? Fat chance that would happen. The library itself wouldn't allow him to fly. He scanned anyway left to right to find anything that caught his attention. If not a car, maybe he could something else to substitute. After a while, it bored him. There was mostly food and clothes, which he could care less.

"I thought this place was suppose to relief boredom." The android mused.

Just when he was about to turn around towards the exit, something caught 17's attention. Someone was by a brick wall and tapped a couple bricks? Even better, the wall responded and opened up. Okay, this he had to check out. 17 followed to the wall and pressed one hand against it. If only he had his strength, this would had been easy. Now, how did that guy did it again? He mimicked how the person done before; three bricks up and two across. The way opened like a secret passage. 17 whistled to his amusement. Finally, something more interesting.

With a satisfied grin, the android proceeded. At the end of the tunnel, 17 discovered another market. The vendors were different and the stuff, well... some were in mid-air. How it was done? He didn't care. He continued to grin as he explored the new area. "What do we have here?" He asked himself as he scanned the vendors and booths. Something finally did caught his attention, a couple levitated brooms. Man, if he could ride those, the library wouldn't be that boring.
