The cause of this, this typical bandana cyborg. He picks it up like a flower and drags it in the air. He smiles down at the Jenny's and flies off.]
[Sometime later, Seventeen gently places the vehicle on the ground within the city. Sure people sees it and obviously it fits the strange dictionary. He hops on the driver's side and begins to fiddle with his Pokegear device.]
